(An Update to previous Windows 7 VS - based on SevenVG by Vishal Gupta)

What's New?
- Improved taskbar background and task buttons
- Modified toolbar and statusbar backgrounds
- Window borders changed
- Enhanced start menu with lighter highlight color

With 32 and 48-pix icon support and less memory requirement.
