Visual Styles for Windows XP

Features:

Note:
To use these visual styles, Uxtheme Multi-Patcher or Uxtender must be installed. Extract the files in the archive to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes if your Windows XP is installed in C:\Windows. Then in Appearance Tab of Display Properties under Windows and buttons, select your desired visual style. Also under Font size, either select Normal Taskbar, Alternative Start Menu or Superbar.

Hey, would anybody here like a theme for Google Chrome to match this Desktop theme?? I had been looking for one for a long time, but finally gave up and decided to make my own. I made one for the Blue visual style in this theme, but if anyone would like one for some of the others, let me know, I'd be happy to do it. =)

This is a great pack, but the start menu cuts off the icons half way, is there a 48pix version?

Hi friend! I have new Windows 7 Visual Styles with 48-pixel support. Please go to this link: [link]

It also includes 22 wallpapers to choose from. To switch to 48-pix, under Appearance in Display Properties, go to Font size and then select Segoe UI (Aero 48) and that's it!

Nice pack, but I have a problem: the taskbar Quicklaunch icons don't look like the ones in your theme preview. They appear normal (not in sepparate squares).

Other issue regards the taskbar background image: I see that the image is pixelated on my taskbar, not like in your preview image.

I've done everything you suggest in your Note, but with no desired results.

I'm using xp pro sp3 and 1920x1200 monitor resolution.

Please be kind and enlighten me on these matters.

Those are not quicklaunch icons but iconized taskbar buttons. You can use any taskbar iconizer programs or using TuneUp Utilities. In TuneUp SystemControl, under Usage go to Taskbar. In Button Appearance Tab, change maximum width to 45 pixels. About the resolution of the taskbar, I can't change that because if I use a large bmp image (e.g. a longer taskbar image), the visual style will have errors. Anyway thanks my friend.
