Well, he is reinventing the theme, trying lots of differents thing or color schemes, even being the "same" Windows 7 xp theme. And I'm happy because he shares all his themes, and some are really genial. Did you not saw the Aero Wood, for example? Yea, i can understand you anyway, and I hope new themes when this "Win7 hype" goes away...

Now, you have improved the window in general, i'll try it with thin border (i use 5 px, personally)
The new blue is better than the previous and i liked the rounded effect on bottom too (Will it this time looks like Vista/7?)
